# The product

GoFi Cash launched in October 2026 as a web application. It offers three products today, all bought through a single wallet checkout and managed from one dashboard.

## eSIM data plans

GoFi sells prepaid mobile data for travellers as an eSIM, a digital SIM profile that installs without a physical card. The user picks a country or regional plan, pays from their wallet, and receives a QR code in the dashboard within minutes of the payment confirming. Scanning the code installs the plan on any eSIM-capable phone, so the user is online on arrival.

* Country and regional plans, from 5 GB to 20 GB over 30 days
* A live usage meter showing data used and days remaining
* Top-ups added to the same eSIM, with no reinstall
* Listed prices of $6.83 for 5 GB, $11.49 for 10 GB and $18.42 for 20 GB

At $11.49 for 10 GB, GoFi's listed plan costs about half of what the leading consumer eSIM apps charge for 10 GB in the US (around $22.50).

## Virtual numbers

A virtual number gives the user a phone number in a chosen country without a local SIM or a contract. Users rely on it for account sign-ups, two-factor verification codes and keeping their personal number private.

* Choose a country and pay from the wallet
* Use the number for sign-ups and verification codes
* Renew it, or let it expire at the end of its term
* Manage it from the same dashboard as eSIMs and the card

## Prepaid card

The GoFi prepaid card is a virtual card the user funds with stablecoins and spends in local currency wherever cards are accepted online. Stablecoins are converted when the card is loaded, and merchants are paid in fiat over the card network as with any other card.

* Load from the wallet in $10, $25 or $50 amounts
* Freeze and unfreeze the card instantly
* Reveal the card number, expiry and CVV in the app when needed
* Full transaction history, exportable at any time
* Free to issue, 1% per top-up, 1.5% on non-USD spend

## Payments and custody

Every purchase is paid in USDC on Solana or USDG on Robinhood Chain from the user's own wallet. GoFi does not hold user keys or deposits; each purchase is a transaction the user approves. Once loaded, a card balance is held by the licensed card issuer. Network fees are paid by the user and shown before confirmation.

## Coming next

Gift cards and payments for AI agents over the x402 standard are planned next.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.gofi.cash/the-product.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
